Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all designer tags, security seals, and hangers still attached in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the garment's condition, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
